As the Founder and CEO of GP for 20 years, Tâm Phan has led teams involved in numerous transformative projects that have reshaped industry perspectives, supported clients in building reputations, expanding business operations, and fostering sustainable development in Vietnam:

• In the Insurance Sector (Life and Non-Life), Tâm Phan, alongside the team, has executed nearly 100 communication campaigns and reputation-building initiatives, contributing to the creation of positive images for businesses within the industry.
• In the Direct Selling industry: As a reputation management consultant, Tâm Phan has played an integral part in reshaping societal perceptions of the sector and assisting businesses in cultivating beloved and recognizable brands.
• In Reputation Risk Management, Tâm Phan has succeeded with numerous crisis management projects to assist partners in resolving various risks, restoring reputations, and ensuring continued sustainable business operations.
• Additionally, Tâm Phan brings extensive experience in projects related to repositioning and rebranding efforts within the Corporate Reputation solution group. Furthermore, she specializes in cultivating images of Responsible Leadership, a key component of the solutions provided by GP to numerous partners.
