The "APAC Reputation Perspectives Report 2024" conducted by PRCA APAC (Public Relations and Communications Association Asia Pacific) has highlighted diverse engagement methods regarding ESG for various stakeholders, from Governments and Customers to Communities, helping companies achieve sustainable development goals and build a better future for all.

  • GOVERNMENTS - COLLABORATION AND DIALOGUE: Companies must comply with ESG regulations and policies to gain consensus and government support and coordinate with governments to implement the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Companies can establish a reliable and responsible image through periodic reports, seminars, dialogues, and collaborations with government agencies on community and environmental projects.
  • CUSTOMERS - TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERACTION: Companies must integrate sustainable efforts into all business operations, clearly share and communicate these efforts to customers, and listen to customer feedback. Sincerity and transparent communication from the company will create emotional connections and enhance customer loyalty.
  • COMMUNITIES - PARTNERSHIP AND SUPPORT: Companies must play an active role in communities by participating in community activities and contributing to social development. Companies should listen to and positively respond to community concerns and encourage employees to participate in volunteer activities and community events to foster engagement and spread ESG values.
